There are lots of new faces on staff, we want to welcome Anna, Kerry, Terri and Mike to the Sandpoint team and I am sure that you will find them to be as friendly and helpful as our staff has always been.
Please keep in mind, as Spring approaches, so do the snakes.. carry a flashlight at night and watch for any wildlife that may be out and about. Always keep in mind, Sandpoint is located in a wildlife area and is frequented by rattlesnakes, scorpions, raccoons, skunks and the occasional mountain lion. They are great to view at a distance but please give them the respect due a wild animal. Always seek the assistance of a staff member if you encounter one.
Fishing has picked up some but it has not been a strong fishing year. It has proven difficult for even the most experienced fishermen. The Arizona Game & Fish Department has said that the large and small mouth bass population is strong in the Lake with Stripers being the most elusive right now.
Please be mindful to leave your sites free of trash and debris. Sites that require our staff to clean them following your departure will result in a fee for their time. Also, please be careful what you put down the sinks and toilets, only biodegradable materials please. When in doubt, as one of the maintenance staff for assistance.
As an alternative you can fill out the contact form here on our website. If you choose to e-mail me with a question or comment, please be sure your return e-mail address is valid.
